Installation Help

If you face any issues during or after installing the template, I’ll help you fix them.

Eligibility for Free Installation Help

1. Errors that occur during or after installation.
2. Font issues such as text being too large or too small.
3. Color problems, including background color, text color, or readability (Light Mode only).
4. Link issues such as incorrect links, broken icons, or links opening unrelated sites.
5. Enabling Ads on multiple pages.

Requirements for Free Installation Help

1. All communication must be through Etsy messages only.
2. You (the buyer) must add me (the developer) as an admin of your blog.
3. If I need more information, please share it by creating a draft post.
4. Please wait patiently during my non-working hours. My working hours are Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM IST (GMT+5:30).

Free Installation Help Will Not Be Provided If:

1. You haven’t tried to install the theme and request help immediately. Please refer to the theme documentation first.
2. You request help without granting me admin access to your blog. Without admin rights, I cannot assist.
3. Your request doesn’t match the Live Preview Theme. For example, asking for a logo when the theme uses a text-based title is considered customization. Any new features or changes based on personal preferences are not included in Free Installation Help.
